The original Outline consent (W1/08-0613) was an environment impact assessment application and an environmental statement was submitted to Cornwall Council at that time. An environmental initiative is under way to monitor and protect local wildlife as part of the latest phase in the regeneration of Hayle Harbour.

Environmentalists and ecologists are working alongside the construction team at the site of the North Quay development as preparations are made for a new spine road as part of the transformation of the area into an exciting and vibrant new coastal destination for West Cornwall.  read more »

Work is progressing on the transformation of Hayle Harbour following an announcement by developers Corinthian Homes of a phased return to construction activities across all its sites.

The first foundations are now being laid as part of the North Quay scheme – the centrepiece of an exciting and vibrant new coastal destination for West Cornwall.  read more »

In response to the Hayle Town Council objection of 21st April 2020 please see our comments below:
In relation to planning policy we have undertaken extensive dialogue with Hayle Town Council and provided advice from a former senior legal counsel to Cornwall Council which demonstrated that the scheme is policy compliant.
We believe Cornwall Senior Management has written to HTC to support this advice and the advice of yourself.
We understand HTC has taken no advice in relation to any of their comments.  read more »
