The Angarrack lights will be switched on for 2012 on Saturday December 1 starting at 6pm in the car park of the Angarrack Inn.

Please return your bucket rotas to Russell ASAP! Also raffle tickets before Saturday as they have to be put together for the draw!

Everybody is warmly invited to attend “Festivity! Interpretations of the amazing Christmas lights of Angarrack, Newlyn and beyond” This is a photographic exhibition by Nick Bradford in the third room at New Street Gallery in Penzance that celebrates the ingenuity of the lights’ creators, while presenting the amazing light displays as they’ve never been seen before. The lights are looking for volunteers today to start the job of putting up the frames for the lights. Meet in the pub car park at 9am!

It’s time to start preparing the Angarrack Christmas Lights and so this coming Saturday, October 13th, the lights will be being brought down into the village. Anybody who would like to help please meet in the car park of the Angarrack Inn at 8.30am!

Two sessions: Thursday 24 November and Thursday 1 December 2011 at Angarrack Community Centre 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm - £3.50 per session

The first session will be an informal demonstration covering inexpensive ideas for flower arranging in the home at Christmas time.

The second session will be a workship when you will be encouraged to bring along your flowers, foliage, containers, Christmas baubles etc. To create your own arrangements with help and assistance when required.
