ANGARRACK INN -- CHRISTMAS MENU

To Start

Confit leg of duck - served with rocket salad garnish

Smoked salmon terrine - A smoked salmon light cream cheese and chive terrine
served with toasted artisan bread and salad garnish

Arancini - Deep fried rice and vegetable balls
served with hollandaise sauce V

Main Course

Roast Turkey - served with roast potatoes fresh vegetables and seasonal
trimmings

Reformed Lamb - Boneless lamb cutlet in breadcrumbs and ham with a tomato
sauce and served with new potatoes

Polenta tarts - topped with mushrooms and cheese on a bed of lentils served with
seasonal vegetables V

Deserts

Home-made fruit trifle

Sticky toffee pudding with cream or ice cream

Mince Pies with cream or ice cream
