The finalised route for Cornwall's stage of the 2020 Tour of Britain has been announced.

The cycling competition will start in the Duchy next year, going from Penzance to Bodmin.  read more »

160918 | BHAA National Championships were held at Old Mill Stables

On September 17th and 18th the BHAA National Championships were held at Old Mill Stables in Cornwall for the second year running. Once again a good number of competitors made the long trip down, in spite of some facing additional complications to the journey thanks to the previous day's torrential rain and flooding. The weather for the weekend itself was kind however and we had a dry pleasantly warm two days of competition.

Division Four: RAOB C moved to within four points of leaders Angarrack after beating them 9-3. P Denley hit six tons, while G Annis was Angarrack's only singles winner, hitting a 19 leg with five tons in a 2-1 win over C Sowden who threw a 21 leg with six tons.

Division Four: Leaders Angarrack extend their lead at the top to 12 points after beating bottom team Bath Inn B, with G Annis hitting five tons. RAOB C's R Gribble and C Sowden recorded six tons apiece in their 8-4 win over Globe B, helping them to move into second place. J Phillips threw five tons for The Globe.

Division Four: Leaders Angarrack were 8-4 winners over Globe B who drop a place to third after the loss. Angarrack's G Annis shot out on 113, the divisions' highest to date.

His team-mates R Rothero hit seven tons, while M Horne threw five tons. J Phillips hit a 180 for the Globe.
