Cornwall Council hereby grants permission for the following non-material amendment:

Non material amendment to amend conditions 23 and 29 attached to decision notice PA12/10064 so with accord with conditions 7 and 8 attached to decision noticePA17/04182

The plan(s) listed below are those approved. The development must be undertaken in accordance with approved plans on the original application except where amended by those below. No substitution should be made without the prior consent from the local planning authority. Failure to adhere to the details of the approved plans or to comply with the conditions on the original planning permission constitutes a contravention of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in respect of which enforcement action may be taken.

This permission is granted for the following reason(s):

The non-material amendment is a minor change that will have little if any impact on the scheme or wider area. Overall the non-material amendment specified is acceptable as:

(i) the proposed changes are considered inconsequential in terms of its scale in relation to the original application;

(ii) the proposed changes would not result in a detrimental impact either visually or in terms of amenity

(iii) the interests of any third party or body who participated in or were informed of the original decision would not be disadvantaged in any way and;

(iv) the proposed changes are not contrary to planning policy.
