NEW PEAL OF BELLS AT PHILLACK

DEDICATED BY BISHOP TRURO.

Thanks to the generosity of Capt. Edwin Jenkins, of Netherleigh, the three largest bells in the tower of Phillack Parish Church have been re-cast, and five new bells added.

The three original bells were dated 1751. No. 7 inscribed: "God preserve this parish. We were cast by Abel Rudball, of Gloucester, 1751."
