Vandals targeting dog bins

A SPATE of vandalism targeting dog mess bins is costing taxpayers hundreds of pounds.

Vandals have carried out a series of attacks across Hayle and 13 bins have been damaged.

Cornwall Council is now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.  read more »
