All welcome. more info (event) Hayle Neighbourhood Plan meeting \| Hayle Town Council Start: 19:30 THE FIRST Hayle Neighbourhood Plan meeting will take place tonight. The inaugural meeting, devised by Hayle Town Council, will discuss the elements of the plan and create a project timetable. A Neighbourhood Plan is designed to set out a vision for an area and planning policies for the use and development of land.
