Hayle Neighbourhood Plan SECOND SURVEY!!!

Based on what all you who contributed last year in the first survey, we have now drawn up a "Vision, Aims and Objectives" for the plan that we need to have your views on.
This leads to an eventual Referendum in the town and if approved, a set of BINDING PLANNING POLICIES for Hayle that Cornwall planners will have to adhere to, and a higher rate of infrastructure funding for the town!
