I had a very good meeting with the Highways engineer last week and once again we reviewed the issues in my Division. io know the process is very slow but if you have contacted me about yellow lines or parking congestion please be assured they are all logged and in the pipeline. read more »
At Last...................................this is the bed of footpath 22 being repaired. It really should not have taken so long but after much determination and persistence it is happening!!!!
TWO giant sluice gates have been craned into their new home in Hayle today.
The 11-tonne gates, which used to be operated alongside the town's swing bridge, were uncovered in July 2011 during excavations for the new road at North Quay and stored at construction company Carillion's compound. read more »

Copperhouse Pool have been saved thanks to an initiative by Cllr. Anne-Marie Rance and Hayle gardener Mike Kemp. They are shown here being
installed on the King George V Memorial Walk thanks to North Quay contractors Carillion.
