The village of Angarrack is holding its Spring Duck Races at the slightly earlier time of 3pm on Saturday 16th May (weather permitting!) at the viaduct on Riverside in Angarrack.  The earlier time is to help the younger ones! This event is to help raise money for the famous Angarrack Christmas Lights.

There will be a number of races including ones especially for children as well as the main event for Champion Duck Racer!

Whilst not racing why not try the Bottle Stall, buy a raffle ticket and tuck in to the BBQ and delicious crepes!

On a beautiful afternoon there was a brilliant turn out for the Duck Races 2014, meaning extra races had to be run to accommodate everyone. 

The BBQ was very busy too - and crepes were flying out! The bottle stall and raffle were also popular.

There were brilliant winnnings on the Tote too - with two lucky winners getting more than ten times their original stake.
