St Austell Bay Resilient Regeneration (StARR) Project
The St Austell Bay Resilient Regeneration (STARR) project aims to reduce flood risk to communities living and working in the St Austell Bay area, particularly in Par and St Blazey. The proposed scheme will bring additional benefits to the area by encouraging investment and making St Austell Bay a better place to work, live and play.

The couple telephoned the Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 03454 040506 and asked for help. A Trading Standards team was dispatched immediately and intervened, preventing the couple from paying any money to Eastwood.
Failed to provide any written quotation, failed to provide written advice about the couple’s 14 day cooling-off period and failed to provide any information as to the legal name and address of the business.

How can I have my say on future PSPOs for dogs on beaches?
As part of the consultation we have developed a PSPO (Dogs on Beaches) consultation survey.
Please complete the survey to give your opinion on the future shape of PSPO’s for dog on beaches in Cornwall.
The consultation will run for 12 weeks from 27 August until 19 November 2019.
Once the survey closes, we will analyse the responses and report back to the Council.
The intention is that the Council will consider a report in January 2020 on PSPO’s (Dog on Beaches). This report will include the results of the consultation. read more »
