West Cornwall Rivers

River levels are rising quickly in response to rainfall during the early hours of Monday morning, 5th August. Further periods of heavy rain are expected between now and midday and rivers will continue to respond. A further 50 millimeters of rain is possible so there is a risk of some surface water flooding. The rainfall is expected to pass by early afternoon. We will continue to monitor river levels and update this information as the situation changes.
