191219 | River Hayle hit highest level since 1970

Major incident now stood down.@CornwallCouncil now leading the way on support & recovery.

A superb response to this by about a dozen agencies this afternoon. Around 30 properties flooded, my thoughts with them all.

We’re all sleeping ‘with our boots on’, ready to reopen Cornwall Emergency Centre if required.
