Hayle in Bloomers did not have far to go this year for the South West in Bloom Awards ceremony - Truro Cathedral. And our prayers were answered! We won Gold again keeping our unbroken record for eight consecutive years. Congratulations to Hayle's head gardener, Mike Kemp, and his team including Anne-Marie and Tony and to the Hayle in Bloom volunteers led by Margaret Tanner.

In addition to main event we also received the following 'It's Your Neighbourhood' awards:

And, to top it all, we were awarded the West Country TV Cup for an outstanding specific project - the recently installed Copperhouse Pool Sluice Gates. Thanks to Anne-Marie Rance and Mike Kemp for spearheading this project.
