Hayle Neighbourhood Plan - background
Submitted by Angarrack.info ... on Thu, 08/05/2014 - 11:05.
The old Penwith Local Plan is to be replaced with a new Neighbourhood Plan for more information see http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=17401

This will be the official page for the Hayle Neighbourhood Plan. This is part of the new planning procedures to let local neighbourhoods and communities have direct input from the people to a local plan, in our case for HAYLE.
This will become part of the Cornwall Plan, and link with planning policy countrywide.
Hayle Town Council is starting it off but will soon be looking for local volunteers, individuals and people representing local groups bodies and businesses, old and young to come forward to help create a truly LOCAL plan, which will become part of official planning policy for the future.
This will eventually lead to a Referendum on our Neighbourhood Plan to make sure that the people of Hayle support it.
